Warranty

We provide a manufacturer’s warranty on all items up to 30 days from the invoice date on all non mattress items. This covers all manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, incorrect assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. If your item arrives and you discover any major defects or a damaged piece just give us a call and we will schedule a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged piece or item, no problem! If you trash your boxes/wrappings, the Warranty will still be honored as long as you meet the above terms. The Warranty covers damaged items caused by the manufacture and or The Bed Shop only. The conditions of the Warranty do not apply to the Exchange/Refund Policy. Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our offices and not to our delivery team. We will be happy to help you.

All mattresses we sell come with varying lengths of manufacturer’s warranties.  Please refer to the warranty card that comes with your mattress purchase.  If you have any warranty inquiries please contact The Bed Shop or your representative.  All manufacturer warranties become void if there is any liquid damage to the mattress.  Please purchase a mattress protector to protect your new investment.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your order for a different item you can reorder and schedule a new drop-off date. However, after signing the invoice on delivery, all exchanges must be made within 3 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy.  All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products. In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same condition as received. Note that mattresses are an exception. If a mattress plastic cover has been removed, it cannot be exchanged.  All items must be in the original factory packaging as it was received. A representative will schedule a pickup of the items at the next available opportunity.  If mattress has been opened and you wish to exchange mattresses, we reserve the right review the mattress for any damage.  In the event a mattresses is exchanged customer will be assed a restocking fee of 20% of purchase and in-store credit of the balance will be issued.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify The Bed Shop within 3 days of the invoice date. Your purchase will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products. In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same condition as received. Cancellations

In order to keep our prices low, we ask that our customers comply with our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be confirmed with a Bed Shop representative only and within 48 hours of placing your order.  Same day cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. You are responsible for confirming all furniture dimensions with measurements in your home. Any customer service issues should be resolved by speaking directly to a Bed Shop Representative representative.

We ask that you please respect our cancellation policy as there are many customers waiting for their delivery each day. By canceling on time, you allow others to get their items on time. As a small company, there is a lot of work involved from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order. Last minute cancellations cost us time and money, when we could be passing on the savings to you and other customers.
